Prices and payment

Each product is shown with price including and excluding VAT (sales tax). In the shopping-cart, you can see the total price including all charges, VAT (sales TAX), shipping and payment. Because of variations for different currencies reserves we us the right to change prices with short notice.

Payment condition is stated in the shopping-cart depending on selected type of payment. Transporting condition is stated in the shopping-cart depending on the selected/possible type of transportation.

Return policy

You can return goods within 14 days if you for some reason regret the purchase. You must write a notification to us that clearly say you regret the purchase, please use the Returns forms on this site. The return period starts when you have received the purchased item or a larger part of it. If the agreement concerns a customized product - or a product with a clear personal touch, the return period begins the day which we have sent information about the purchase.

You do not have the right to return a purchased item if:
the service been started during the return period with your approval,
the price is depending on the financial market's swings, for example a share,
the purchased item because of its characteristic cannot be returned or if the seal/packages has been broken or opened. Seal also means technical sealing.

When you used your return right:
You are obliged to keep the product in the same shape as when you got it. You are not allowed to use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or is lost because of careless handling, you lose the return right.

Repayment obligation: 
We will, if you will use your right to return the items, pay back what you have paid for the product within 30 days from the day then we received the item, or if it is a service, the message that you do not want it. You have to pay the return costs when you send back the product. We will pay the return cost when we ship back so called compensation products to you.

Guarantees and service

We have our own service workshop, where we perform repairs and service.

Transport and delivery

When an order is handed over to the transport company you as a buyer will be notified with info for tracking and so forth. I you want to change delivery date or delivery address or likewise, you as a buyer contact the transport company for arrangements and any possible cost for that is charged to the buyer.

If a shipment or parts of it is damaged during handling, after the damage is handled by the shipping company and as soon as possible thereafter, replacement parts will be shipped.
