Apache Labs är det allra yppersta inom radioteknik för tillfället, en serie SDR rigar vars prestanda överstiger allt annat på marknaden för närvarande.

Alla rigarna täcker alla hamband upp till 6m. Mottagning från 10kHz till 55MHz.

Merparten av alla framgångsrika "månstudsare" och mikrovågshams använder HF-rig och transverter. Kombinationen är kort sagt oslagbar för svagsignals trafik på de högre banden.


Använd funktionen puresignal för att få yppersta klass för Er signaler vid TX. Principen är att återkoppla en liten del av utsänd signal till radion för att få extremt högkvalitativ utsignal. Se här:
The 2014 ARRL Technical Innovation Award went to Warren C. Pratt, NR0V, of Santa Cruz, California. Pratt was cited for his research leading to the development of PureSignal, “an adaptive baseband pre-distortion algorithm used to improve the linearity of amplifiers and reduce intermodulation distortion products emitted by software-defined transmitters.”


Alla Apache Labs rigar har dubbla mottagare, men i D-versionerna kan man via 2 olika ADCs koppla in 2 olika antenner för helt seperat RX kedja. Detta gör att man enkelt kan använda diversitet, till exempel att lyssna på 2 olika antenner på samma band samtidigt. Väldigt bra för att "gräva" upp den där svaga signalen som man letar efter i jakt på en ny EME-station eller ett nytt DXCC på HF banden.


Till dessa Apache Labs rigar kan man använda ett otal olika SDR programvaror. Till exempel PowerSDR, cuSDR, Simon Browns SDR-radio och många fler.

The ANAN-8000DLE HF & 6M 200W SDR Transceiver meets and exceeds the requirements of even the most discerning Amateur Radio Operator, it is based on the work of the OpenHPSDR community.


Keeping in mind the various requirements posed by new cutting edge technologies implemented in the radio it has been designed from scratch, the design successes of the previous generation hardware has been improved in the new implementation.


The ANAN-8000DLE uses an entirely new redesigned transmit chain keeping in mind PureSignal (Predistortion), the result is astounding IMD performance, the typical transmit IMD distortion is about a 1000 times lower than that achieved by a typical modern transceiver available today. It is the world’s first Amateur Radio transceiver to use a 50v LDMOS device in the finals.


The ANAN-8000DLE includes two phase synchronous front ends to enable Diversity reception,


An internal four phase low noise boost supply is used to convert 13.8v to 50v for the finals, this enables the user to have the flexibility of using industry standard 13.8v DC as well as battery power whilst at the same time the radio provides all the advantages of the 50v LDMOS amplifier.


The front panel Display is microprocessor driven and displays all critical parameters such as Forward and Reflected Power, SWR, Current, Voltage, Temperature. The microprocessor also provides real time protection for all these parameters.
